Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase or delivery date for a full refund to the original payment method.

  • Merchandise may be returned for store credit within 30 days of the purchase or delivery date.

  • After 30 days, we are unable to accept returns.

Please allow 10–14 business days for your refund to be processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Exchanges

Online exchanges are not available at this time.

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product (subject to our return policy) and place a new order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and undamaged.

  • All original packaging, accessories, and tags must be included.

  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable unless they are defective or covered under warranty:

  • Prescription lenses

  • Custom prescription eyewear

  • Gift cards

  • Any customized or special-order products
